Our Services
-

City Planning
We help cities plan, update, and implement policies that turn community goals into buildable, compliant outcomes. Our services span General and Specific Plans, zoning and objective design standards, housing law compliance, community engagement, feasibility and economic analysis, and housing element implementation. We also provide staff-level policy support, project management, grant assistance, and clear implementation strategies to help communities move efficiently from vision to action.
-

Urban Design
We deliver integrated urban design services that translate policy and vision into compelling, buildable places. Our work includes developing design standards and concepts; preparing site, corridor, downtown, and master plans; and creating 3D models, renderings, and clear graphics that communicate ideas to decision-makers and the public. We design streetscapes, parks, plazas, and public spaces that support complete streets, sustainability, and context-sensitive design, while advising on public-realm improvements tied to private development. From application review and project management to phasing strategies and design development support, we help communities create walkable, livable places with a strong sense of identity.
-

Development Services
We provide end-to-end development support that helps projects move efficiently from concept to approval and market. Our services include feasibility and site planning, application strategy and project management, coordination with city staff, consultants, and community stakeholders, and preparation of complete, high-quality entitlements. We guide property acquisition, contracts, and fee analysis; manage technical studies and approvals; and represent projects before commissions and councils. By identifying risks early, integrating community feedback, and recommending clear phasing and “quick wins,” we help developers build momentum, navigate local requirements, and position projects for successful delivery and sales.
